On the afternoon of 15th November, 2017, accompanied by Director Zhang Li with Anqing Foreign Language School’s Teaching Affair Office, principals involved with the on-the-job training program in Yuexi County attended the teaching& research conference organized by the Physics Teaching and Research Group.
To begin with, the conference comprised three parts. First of all, group leader Hu Qilin made a report on the implementation status of the teaching and research activities in the Physics Department. Second of all, teacher Ge Yun analyzed the overall conditions of the mid-term exam test papers. Third of all, each teacher respectively pointed out the existing problems that students had during this examination.
To be specific, teacher Hu Qilin introduced the ‘One Plus One’ new pattern of cooperative teaching adopted by the Physics Group, which attached great importance to the combination of personal growth and collective research, benefiting teachers’ swift development in teaching and research.
Moreover, each teacher expressed their own opinions and conducted accurate analysis towards the mid-team examination. They all agreed that the test papers were of moderate difficulty and correctly comprehended the examination outline with proper degree of distinction.
In summary, this brilliant event not only benefited all teachers with the Physics Group a lot, but also enormously facilitated physics teachers’ professional growth and ability enhancement.
